What is the Ethics Line?
It is a mechanism that deals with reports of activities that are contrary to the Law and the Code of Good Governance, conduct that violates human rights, and inappropriate or undesirable behavior within CI. FRONTIER NEXT S.A.S. and all its operations.
Confidentiality is maintained throughout the process, guaranteeing absolute confidentiality from the beginning to the end of the case. Any employee and/or third party related to Frontier Next can make a report through the Ethics Line.

Participación en actividades, negocios u operaciones contrarias a la ley.
Notificación de actividades sospechosas de lavado de dinero, narcotráfico o
cualquier acto ilícito.
Uso indebido de la
información confidencial.
Situaciones de deslealtad
con la Organización.
Apropiación o uso indebido de los bienes de la compañía.
Falsificación de contratos, reportes o registros
Prácticas comerciales en contra de los intereses de la Compañía.
Situaciones de conflicto de intereses.
Abuso de las condiciones de
administrador, funcionario o
colaborador de la Compañía para beneficio propio.
Aceptar regalos, favores, invitaciones, viajes, pagos y en general prebendas que puedan influir en sus decisiones de negocios.
